Can minors attend?
Yes, minors under 19 years of age can be here until 8:00 PM. After that, it's adults only.

 

Are bags allowed?
Small purses are welcome, but we ask that larger bags be stored in our coat check for $2.

 

What is the gaming fee?
There is a gaming fee of $5 for adults on Sunday through Thursday, and $10 on Fridays and Saturdays. Minors are always $15. Once inside, all the games are free to play!

 

Is it cash only?
The gaming fee is cash only, but once inside, you can use your card for food and drinks.

 

Do you have an ATM onsite?
Yes, we have an ATM available for your convenience.

 

Do you have parking?
There is a parking lot across the street, and street parking is also available nearby.

Is FreePlay accessible?
We strive to make our venue as accessible as possible however we are located in a character building on College St with limited ability for us to adapt the space to be fully accessible. If you have any specific needs or questions about accessibility, please contact us ahead of your visit and we will work with you to make any accmodation that we can.

 

Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you've lost something, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help you recover your belongings.
